POLICY FOR RETURN AND REFUND
THEPHACO applies the policy of FREE return within 03 days of receipt of the goods, within these 3 days, we will exchange other products or refund to customers without any additional costs incurred. . Goods that meet the following requirements will be approved for return and exchange:
 The product you want to exchange or return must be a product with no signs of being used and with original stamps, labels and original packages intact.
 Customers must still keep the purchase receipt at THEPHACO. If you would like to return or exchange products, please contact our customer service department at 0373852286 or email: thephacoth@hn.vnn.vn (08:30 to 19:00 daily).
 All purchases on our website can be paid within 3 days, starting from the date of receipt of goods. In case of defective or wrongly delivered goods, THEPHACO will bear the shipping costs. Please note that if the goods delivered by THEPHACO match the order and are not damaged, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
 When the customer receives the product not in a satisfactory condition (Product is defective, damaged, not the same as described on the Website). Customers can refuse to receive the product without incurring any additional costs.

After checking and return the goods intact, THEPHACO will refund the purchase by transferring to your bank account or by mail to you according to the information you have registered with us. Genuine goods distributed by THEPHACO have the following identification signs:
+ The product has Thephaco stamp.
+ There is an invoice stamped by Thephaco.
+ There are bags or boxes of products.
• Note: Please note the following cases:
 Return the goods due to dissatisfaction: All items purchased from THEPHACO can be returned within 03 days from the date of receipt. We will refund the returned product intact. Intact here means the goods must be still full of parts, stamps guaranteed, no signs of use or damage.
 Return / storage fees: Items that are no longer in their original condition, damaged or lost due to our fault: 100% of the value of the item. Please note: If the returned merchandise does not meet the conditions stated herein or if the product is not eligible for resale, you will be responsible for paying such damage to THEPHACO. We will deduct from your refund.
Mua Defective purchases: Please check the goods before payment. In case the customer’s product is damaged during transportation, please refuse to receive and return the product to THEPHACO. Also notify our customer support team immediately so we can send you other items.
