ORDER AND PAYMENT PROCESS
1. Order process:
Step 1: Access to thephaco.vn website using the Search bar of the website, or browse the directory to search for the desired product or customers can go directly to the Company’s headquarters to view the product: No. 232 Tran Phu, Lam Son ward, Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province, Vietnam.
Step 2: Once the customer has decided on the product, call or mail the salesperson to ask the company salesperson to ask for more information about the product, quantity, and information of the customer.
Step 3: After completing the information in step 2, the sales person hands over the product to the customer.
2. Payment:
Our company applies payment by cash or bank transfer.
 Cash payment method: Only for orders with delivery addresses in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Thanh Hoa, Hai Phong (you will pay on delivery), customers Come directly to Company headquarters to view products or orders according to COD requirements of remote customers.
 Transfer payment method: If the delivery location is suburban, suburban or inner city of Thanh Hoa but different from the payment location (in case you send gifts, send goods to friends, partners ) we will charge 100% of the value of the item + shipping fee in advance as calculated in the shipping policy by wire transfer before delivery.
